Find a ton of front screen protectors. I just want a good cheap clear skin for the back only. Been rocking a Speck case pretty much from day 1 but really love the form factor of the iPod touch 4. Shame to keep the beauty of the design hidden.
Any good cheap choices for just the back?
I got this (http://www.amazon.com/ZAGG-invisibleSHIELD-Apple-Maximum-Coverage/dp/B00433SOG2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1302644183&sr=8-1) and like it a lot. Next best thing to using it naked!

Thoughts and inputs between these two.
The con of SGP is that it has rubber around the edges and I was wondering if slipping it in and out of your pocket is a hassle?
the pros is that SGP supplies me with 2 screen protectors and i've heard they make some of the best ones out there.
ALSO: is the matte series rubber easy to slip in and out of my pocket?
The pinlo is aluminum/plastic and seems it will slip in and out of my pocket no problem.
It does come with screen protectors, but idk if they're the same quality as SGP.

Hey guys. I really hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction. I recently purchased an m-audio interface from Best Buy for my home studio. It's been working great until the other day when I began recording and it would not pick up a signal for my mic. I have another mic that connects directly to the computer via usb. So i tried that mic and got the same results....nothing being recorded. If anyone knows whats going on I would greatly appreciate it because I honestly don't even know the source of the problem.

So - are we really surprised? Is Adobe just "lazy" or did they cut their QA department? Maybe Safari does not have a significant enough market share to warrant QA testing?
The world may never know.

A tad late to the party, are we?
I like your strategy though. Wait until the contest gets down to the final few and then jump in! Brilliant!

I have the amp connected to the headphone jack. Works fine for me and the cable didn't cost $33. :-)

Use Windows 7 installation DVD and start the boot sector repair program. You usually need to to run it twice and you'll be fine.

This is the second one of these I found in the woods behind my house.
They are semi-soft, and look like they might be an egg of some type, though at first I thought they were man-made because of the perfect seam that runs around the center.
ANyone have any idea what this is?

Thanks, sim! Exactly what I wanted. It seems easy given how quickly you responded -- how can I do it for myself next time?
And thanks for the link, mac.

I can't seem to find a docking station unless I'm not looking in the right places. I found the one Henge makes, but it seems to be for the older version.
Am I missing something?

not easily done if you don't know what your doing, and even then results may vary.
Typically a product like Soundsoap would be used, but this works best on consistent sounds (machinery hum, camera noise). A "beep" needs to be isolated. On a graphics equalizer the sound should be in the upper range while the human voice is in the mid's. Using any decent audio program or even FCP bring the upper levels down to try and reduce the sound. Taking out the highs entirely though will produce a distorted speaking voice and this approach is in general going to produce rough results unless you know what your doing.
An audio specialist can work magic (i'm not) and can for example, recreate the highs that have been filtered out or just isolate the beeps with good frequency analysis, but this is rapidly leaving my area and certainly your software.

I figured out the cause and thought I would share for others who may be suffering from similar problems.
It all came down to Exchange server's push service. I disabled everything and slowly turned on other services.
So far, I have the following ON:
- Find My Iphone (push)
- 2 Gmail accounts (fetching every 30 mins)
- Exchange account (calendar only although email with manual setting doesn't seem to affect the battery life)
- Bluetooth
- WiFi
- Location service
- Brightness at default (50% mark with Auto ON)
My phone has been on for about 26 hours and at 24 hour mark, the battery was at 54%, and now 51%. Looks like I can comfortable get 2 days use out of it finally!

So we were cleaning out the attic today, and we found some of our old computers. We found:
Macintosh Powerbook 145 - circa 1992 - still works fine, b&w screen, flight simulator, the works
Macintosh Performa 6115CD - circa 1994 - it may work, i'm not sure... but the specs on the box are hilarious
Not pictured, we found an iMac G3, the slot-loading 700mhz version, that doesnt work
